TransLash tells trans stories to save trans lives. TransLash Podcast with Imara Jones, a biweekly series and Apple Podcasts Spotlight feature, was launched in 2020 as an extension of our daily trans-affirming content and community offerings.
 
The Anti-Trans Hate Machine: A Plot Against Equality dropped in 2021 to pull back the curtain on the people and places fueling anti-trans legislation and sentiment in the United States. Season 2 of #TheAntiTransHateMachine premiered in 2023 and Season 3 will drop in 2024. 
 
The Mess: Imara’s Guide to our Political Hellscape is a TransLash Fam subscription offering on Apple Podcasts that launched in March 2024. The Mess provides vital political analysis for the trans community.

The Anti-Trans Hate Machine: A PLOT AGAINST EQUALITY

Amid a record-setting year of anti-transgender legislation in 2021, TransLash Media presented the first season of our limited-series podcast, The Anti-Trans Hate Machine: A Plot Against Equality. This multi-part program takes us behind the curtain of the dark money, right wing organizations, radical figures and extreme ideology driving the anti-trans backlash across the country. The Anti-Trans Hate Machine is a recipient of the NLGJA: The Association of LGBTQ Journalists’ 2022 Excellence in Podcast Award. Season 2  dropped March 31, 2023.
